The Whitaker House offers a number of options for celebrating.

Between our pea stone patio, gardens, meadow, forest, and barn, pick and choose what fits your vision.

Site fee includes:
Events up to 150 guests
Getting ready, ceremony, cocktail and reception space
Parking for 20 cars
A Sailcloth tent (up to 44x83)
Barn
Large Bar in barn

Requirements that are not included:
Wedding Planner
Table & Chair rentals
Toilet trailer rental
Day of Insurance
Guest Transportation

Notes:
We offer our property from 3pm the day before your event until 3pm the following day
Additional events (welcome dinner/parties, brunch, etc.) are subject to an additional fee
Noise ordinance requires outdoor amplified noise be finished by 10pm. Indoor music allowed until 11pm.
